Who is responsible

The seller named in the footer is the controller for this website, Rough Diamonds Report orders and delivered reports.

What we process

Public Benchmark data about companies; buyer contact, authorisation and order data for a Rough Diamonds Report; access-token hashes; first-party aggregate product events; and Google Analytics 4 page views on public pages when analytics is enabled. Private order and report pages are not tagged.

Why

Publishing the Benchmark, checking eligibility, delivering and supporting orders, understanding public-site use, preventing abuse and meeting legal obligations.

Providers

Payments are processed by Stripe. Public pages may use Google Analytics 4. Hosting, email delivery and the tested AI environment are named where they are frozen.

Retention

Order and report data are kept for the 12-month access period plus any statutory retention duty. Access tokens expire after 30 minutes. Sessions last seven days.

You can request access, correction, deletion or object via the contact page. We answer from the support address in the footer.
