Scope

One Rough Diamonds Report measures one company with a measurement built around that company. The purchase does not include custom questions, competitor scans, implementation work, a consulting call or a guaranteed outcome.

Price and payment

€99 excluding VAT, one-off, in EUR, paid via Stripe Hosted Checkout. Applicable VAT and the final total are shown before payment. Billing is for Netherlands B2B buyers.

Authorization

By ordering, the buyer confirms they represent the company or are authorized by it. Agencies may order for a client with that authorization. Competitor scanning is not a purchase benefit.

Delivery

The report is delivered in the browser within two working days of confirmed payment while capacity allows. Technical failures are recovered or fully refunded if valid delivery is impossible under these terms. A low score is a valid result and is not a defect.

Access

Both report languages are available for 12 months via one-use email links. There is no account or password. A later remeasurement is a new purchase.

Communication

Transactional emails follow the communication language chosen at checkout. Support uses the address in the footer.

Independence

Payment, partner referral and public membership never influence scores, scenario selection or public position.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. The competent court is that of the seller’s place of establishment as named in the footer.
